The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website). We do not share your data with third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Hosting and server logs
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure system security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short period.
Contact form and project briefing
If you contact us via the contact form or the project briefing, we process your details (name, email address, optionally phone number and company, and your project details) solely to handle your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no marketing cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools that build usage profiles. No profiling takes place. Fonts and all content are served from our own server; no connections are made to third-party font or analytics services.
